ALL SELF-DESIGNED CHAPTER MATERIALS EXCEPT SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHICS MUST BE APPROVED BY SPOON HQ (design@hercampus.com). This includes chapter apparel, stickers and flyers. 


Chapters can design their own materials such as stickers and flyers, as well as chapter-specific merchandise and apparel, such as T-shirts. However, they are required to reach out to the Spoon HQ design team (design@hercampus.com) for approval before ordering or distributing the designs. Logo files for chapter-designed materials can be found in our Brand Kit on Secret Sauce.


Printed material orders will need to be placed with an outside vendor unless otherwise specified by Spoon HQ Design. All apparel designed by chapters must adhere to the Chapter Design Guidelines Checklist (to come) and be sent to design@hercampus.com for approval BEFORE any orders are placed.

 

NOTE: Designs may not include trademarked school names, phrases, mascots or logos, or any other word, material, image, or phrase that you do not have the rights to use. You are solely responsible for securing rights and paying any associated licensing fees (if applicable) for any word, material, image, or phrase that is included in your design other than the Spoon University name/logo. Our approval of your design is limited to your use of the Spoon University name/logo, but you are solely responsible for securing any and all other approvals that may be necessary through your school.
